By creating an account or using RepsEat, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for keeping access to your email address or sign-in provider secure, and for the activity that happens under your account. One account per person.

RepsEat offers a recurring subscription at €7.99 per month, billed monthly through Stripe, until you cancel. By starting a subscription you authorise recurring charges to your payment method via Stripe. Taxes apply where required by law.

Eligible new users get a 14-day free trial with no payment information required. The trial length is measured using server time, not your device clock, so closing the app, clearing data or reinstalling does not extend or restart the trial. Each person is entitled to one trial. We may change trial eligibility, including for existing accounts, at our discretion.

You can cancel anytime from Profile → Subscription → Manage subscription, which opens Stripe's secure billing portal. Cancellation stops future charges.

If you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. After that, access to the app is removed — you will see a subscription screen — but your meals, photos, weight history, saved meals and preferences are never deleted, and you can resubscribe to pick up where you left off.

RepsEat provides estimated nutrition information and general guidance for healthy adults. It is not medical, dietary, allergen or clinical advice, and estimates from photos or food databases can be inaccurate or incomplete. Always verify ingredients for allergens. Consult a qualified professional before making significant dietary changes, and never ignore medical advice because of something the app suggested.

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to access other users' data, no automated scraping, no uploading unlawful content, no tampering with billing or access controls, and no interference with the app's operation or security. Modifying local data on your device cannot grant paid access.

You keep ownership of the photos and information you add. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and process them so the app can work for you.

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. Features, availability and pricing may change. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Account, which removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. If you have an active subscription, deleting your account does not by itself cancel it at Stripe — cancel from Profile → Subscription first.
